Do you take insurance?
Jessica does not directly participate with any particular insurance companies, but she
is happy to provide a receipt that can be submitted to your insurance carrier. It is
recommended that you call your carrier to ask about their policies for reimbursement
for out-of-network providers; insurance companies vary widely in what they will
cover. You may also want to consider flex spending accounts, which usually cover
acupuncture.
If you would like to submit a claim to your insurance company, please ask Jessica for
a receipt. You will receive a statement of the condition treated (identified by a
diagnostic code), and the amount paid at the visit.
Please note that full payment is due at the time of service, and your receipt will reflect
the amount paid.
