If you have one of these insurance plans, your acupuncture visits may be covered, and Jessica can submit the claim for you. Please contact Jessica with your insurance information so that your acupuncture benefits can be verified before your first appointment. Please note that copayments and coinsurance payments are due at the time of service.
If you have another insurance plan, you may have out-of-network benefits for acupuncture - call your provider for more information. If you have out-of-network coverage for acupuncture, you can pay for your treatment at the time of the visit, and Jessica can submit the claim for you. Any reimbursement will go directly to you.

- Please note the 24-hour cancellation policy to avoid being charged in full for a missed visit.
- Please be aware that a missed visit cannot be submitted to your insurance company. Insurance companies will only pay for services rendered, and will not cover your fees in the event of a missed appointment.
- Payments and co-pays are due at the time of service.
- You may use cash, check, credit, or debit to pay for your visit. All major credit cares and debit cards are welcome.
- Acupuncture is usually covered by FSA / HSA plans. You can use a FSA / HSA card to pay, or you can ask for a receipt to submit to your provider. Jessica is unable to submit receipts directly to FSA / HSA plans.
- The cost of herbs is additional and varies based on the herbal formula that is most appropriate for your condition. Jessica will discuss the options with you, as herbs come in many forms and have varying costs. Read more about herbs.
