Do you take insurance?

If you would like to submit a claim to your insurance company, please ask for a "superbill" after
your treatment. A superbill is a statement of the condition treated (identified by a diagnostic
code), and the amount paid at the visit. Full payment is due at the time of service, and your
receipt will reflect the amount paid.

Jessica does not directly participate with any particular insurance companies, but she is happy to
provide a superbill that can be submitted to
any insurance carrier. It is recommended that you
call your carrier to ask about their policies for reimbursement; insurance companies vary widely
in what complementary therapies are covered. You may also want to consider flexible spending
accounts, which often cover acupuncture treatment.
